Price began his career assisting with the placement of Disneyland in Anaheim in the early 1950s and later Walt Disney World in Orlando in the 1960's. Price later worked with companies such as Six Flags, Universal Studios, MGM, Cedars Fair and many other attractions and resorts. Price founded two economic consulting agencies, Economics Research Consultants (ERC), which he sold in 1969 and the Harrison Price Company (HPC), started in 1978.
